Yves & Loré reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. The applicable terms are those in force on the date the order is placed.

2. Products

The products offered by Yves & Loré are handcrafted wooden handbags and interchangeable accessories.

Each product is presented on the website as accurately as possible. However, due to the use of natural materials such as wood, slight variations in color, grain, or texture may occur. These variations are inherent to the artisanal nature of the products and shall not be considered defects.

3. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (€), inclusive of all applicable taxes (VAT), excluding shipping costs. Shipping costs are specified before final confirmation of the order.

Yves & Loré reserves the right to change its prices at any time. The price charged is the one displayed on the website at the time the order is placed.

4. Orders

Any order placed on the website constitutes acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale. An order confirmation is sent to the customer by email.

Yves & Loré reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of an existing dispute with the customer or non-payment, whether total or partial, of a previous order.

5. Delivery

5.1 Delivery Areas

Yves & Loré ships its products worldwide. The available destination countries and corresponding shipping costs are displayed directly on the website during the checkout process, depending on the destination country.

5.2 Delivery Times

Orders are prepared within an indicative period of [X] to [X] business days after payment confirmation. This timeframe may be extended for made-to-order products or during periods of high demand.

Delivery times then depend on the carrier and the destination country and are provided for information purposes only.

5.3 Shipping Costs and Customs Duties

Shipping costs are calculated automatically during the checkout process, based on the destination country and the selected shipping method. They are clearly displayed before final payment confirmation.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, local taxes, or import fees may be required by the authorities of the destination country. Any such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not the responsibility of Yves & Loré.

5.4 Receipt of the Package

The customer is required to check the condition of the package upon receipt. Any anomaly (damaged package, missing or damaged item) must be reported to customer service within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by photographs.

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable legal provisions, the customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise the right of withdrawal, without having to provide any justification.

Products must be returned unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to an error attributable to Yves & Loré.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products or items made according to the customer’s specifications.

7. Warranty

7.1 Legal Warranty

Products sold by Yves & Loré benefit from the legal warranty of conformity of three (3) years, in accordance with applicable French legislation.

The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects but does not cover:

• normal wear and tear resulting from use;
• damage caused by improper use, impacts, or falls;
• natural changes in the wood due to time or environmental conditions.

7.2 Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim, the customer must contact Yves & Loré’s customer service by email, providing a description of the issue along with photographs of the product concerned. After assessment, Yves & Loré will proceed, as appropriate, with repair, replacement, or refund.

8. Liability

Yves & Loré shall not be held liable for indirect damages, financial losses, or consequential damages arising from the use of the products. In any event, the liability of Yves & Loré shall be limited to the amount of the order concerned.

9. Personal Data

Personal data collected is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the website and in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute and failing an amicable resolution, the competent courts shall be those of the consumer’s place of residence or the competent French courts, in accordance with applicable legal provisions.
